Alocasia 'Dragon Scale Mint'

Just check out the half moon variegation on this baby.  This one’s a total show-off — and we’re not mad about it. Alocasia ‘Dragon Scale Mint’ is a striking variation of the classic dragon scale, but with a cooler, paler tone and silvery mint undertones that give it an almost mythical vibe.

Its textured leaves look like something out of a fairytale — thick, patterned, and slightly iridescent — and it loves bright, indirect light with a bit of humidity. Not the easiest plant in the world, but totally worth it if you like your foliage with a bit of drama.

Great for collectors, dragon hoarders, or anyone looking to add a statement piece to their jungle.  This plant will be shipped bare root in sphagnum moss.

Light: Bright, indirect

Water: Best in a semi-hydro substrate like LECA or PON (currently in LECA) 

Fertilizer- inorganic fertilizer designed for semi hydro such as Flora Nova or our houseplant fertilizer.  If maintained in a semi-hydro, or hydroponic environment, do not use an organic fertilizer.
